The P-53 is an FPU that was installed in October 2008 in the Marlim Leste field, and since then, due to the relative position between the houses and the helipad, it is necessary to pull the stern unit to allow a favorable course towards the receiving aircraft.

The design features a new 22.8m D-value aluminum pancake to fit Sikorsky S61N class helicopters. The new structure will have a total elevation of 26.50 m, and the difference in elevation between the new and current will be 16.45 m. The project also includes projects for the elevation and transport of the new structure.
